Data Breaches

NHS Lanarkshire have apologised after more than 400 incidents of data breaches were recorded since March. Read more here.

A review is to be carried out after the third data breach at NHS Orkney in the space of less than two months. A review of the board’s standards, policies, procedures, training and leadership has been requested. Read more here.

Victims of banking fraud are suing their phone companies for allowing scammers to gain control of their mobile phone accounts.
